By using ZynIQ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally able to enter into contracts, and will only use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
ZynIQ provides licensed TradingView indicators for charting, alerts, and technical analysis. These indicators do not execute trades, do not guarantee performance, and do not constitute financial advice.
The ZynIQ trading bot is an automated trading system currently in development. Early Access versions may be experimental, limited, or incomplete. Features, reliability, and performance may change without notice.
ZynIQ may publish documentation, guides, insights, and explanations for informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes personalised financial advice.
ZynIQ is not a financial adviser. Nothing we provide constitutes recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and verifying the suitability of any tool.
By participating in Early Access, you understand that the bot or related features may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change. You agree not to reverse engineer, distribute, or publicly disclose proprietary mechanisms or data.
The ZynIQ website does not collect or store API keys. If the ZynIQ bot uses API keys in the future, keys will only be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of executing authorised trades. Users are responsible for configuring safe exchange permissions (e.g., disabling withdrawals).
Indicator purchases are non-refundable once access is granted and are licensed for individual use only.
Subscription payments will be billed according to the chosen plan and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass licensing or regional restrictions. Misuse of systems, automated scraping, or malicious activity is strictly prohibited.
All indicators, bot logic, branding, documentation, code, and designs are proprietary to ZynIQ. Purchasing a licence grants usage rights only, not ownership.
Trading carries significant financial risk. ZynIQ is not responsible for losses due to market volatility, exchange outages, liquidation, technical errors, or user misconfiguration.
ZynIQ is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
