Indicators
Your download starts as soon as you pay. Before checkout you ask us to give you access straight away and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37), so we don't refund a change of mind. If an indicator doesn't work as we describe it (it won't add to a chart, or doesn't do what its page says), email us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
When we refund an order in full, its download links stop working and the licence for those files ends, so please delete them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we've sent a refund, it normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
